All our 128 drink recipes use only natural juice, flavours and colours. They are vegan, lactose and gluten free, without aspartame. We also infuse our drinks with immune boosting vitamins, minerals and botanicals. Our product ingredient specifications and nutritional information of all our drinks are available on request (email@example.com). We have a number of options including 100% juices for breakfast, our 45% school compliant range, low sugar drinks for hospitals and healthcare and a light range for all day enjoyment, meetings and events. These include delicious mocktails, pressé’s, crushed, juices, fruit boosts, infusions and multi-fruit blends.
This is a queue buster as 330ml dispenses in a fast 8 seconds and 1 litre in 23 seconds. If you’re using straws and lids, we’d suggest you place these away from the Drinks Hubs to avoid congestion.
You’ve plenty of shelf-life with BBD being 12 months from our packing date in ambient storage (<20oC)) conditions. When you first open the generationJuice box in the Drinks Hub then the BBD is 28 days. The Hub helps count this down for you. You can fridge or freeze the product and extend the shelf life (e.g. if you close for holidays). Therefore, there is no need for any waste.
Normal storage of unopened boxes is ambient room temperature (<20 ’C) so you do not need to use up any fridge space. You can of course store them in the fridge too.
You can use a standard 13A socket and the power rating is only 400W when in full use.
The design of the Drinks Hub is focussed on reducing unnecessary energy usage. Save & turn off the Hub when not in use (e.g. after service, weekends). Otherwise, the Hub has a sleep mode which is activated after 60 minutes. Also, unlike a bottle or display fridge, the Hub isn’t constantly cooling large amounts of juice bottles and cans. Instead, it has an efficient quick chill cooler with a 120 chilled litre capacity per hour using 400W at full capacity.

In the event we can’t resolve the issue over the phone, and you have an unworking unit with no good back up, then we guarantee that if you call us before 10:30 we will have it up and running before first meal/use the following day. If its non-urgent then we will have the problem rectified within 72 hours.
Yes, all our education personnel visiting your site are full DBS checked. They carry a copy of the DBS form with them together with generationJuice photo ID.
We’ve taken significant precautions to avoid cross-contamination. Not only is the juice concentrate sealed until use, but the drinks are dispensed into the customers OWN bottle, that they alone will have handled. This is safer than bottles or cans that will have been handled by delivery, storage, shelf and fridge handlers. As well, the touch screen can be sanitised with usual kitchen sanitiser between ‘bubble’ use or you can request an Airframe. The Airframe means customers can point at the screen, but they don’t touch the screen. This is a further layer of hygiene we can adopt to manage contamination.
One case is two cartons of 5L concentrate or 7L concentrate. The volume depends on the product used. If the product code starts with ‘SC’, then yield per box is 165 portions of 330ml drinks, and a case yields 333 drinks. If the product code starts with an ‘R’, then yield is 270 portions of 330ml per box, and 540 per case. That’s a lot of drinks in a small pack, so we keep a very low carbon footprint.
You can have up to 6 drinks on one screen. If you would like more, then no problem; an arrow on screen leads you to and from another screen of choices.
Yes, you can have up to 6 different portion sizes and up to 9 Litres in size for big jars. If you need to add or change these then you can do this simply within your menu.
That’s no problem. If you use the Hub for customer bottle portions you can also set up a separate menu with different drinks and portions. This is really useful if you want to drive extra revenue from providing meeting and event drinks. We have smart, easy clean 1 litre glass bottles with stainless steel lids, plus 5 & 7 litre jars and magnetic labels. All can be filled with your chilled choices from the Hub with just one easy touch.
We set this to the left or under the Drinks Hub and pupils can buy their tokens at the till in the usual way. They can then use their token at the Hub when they are ready. One token, one dispense. We have two token sizes in case you wish to sell a large or small (e.g. 270 or 330ml or 250 and 2x250ml). The token box takes 250 – 340 tokens so you just empty the box each day ready to use them again. The tokens can be easily dishwasher cleaned as well.
We have a range of 67 drinks that are all school compliant, 45% juice with no added sugar or unnatural ingredients. We absolutely work to government guidelines and protocols for our school compliant drinks. We also have other ranges available for 6th form or areas where school compliant drinks are not required.
Our drinks do not contain any of the 14 food allergens.
There are three cleaning points you need to do daily. (1) Run a 6 second flush cycle; (2) clean the splash zone and drip tray (dishwasher safe) and (3) wipe around the surfaces as you would anyway. We want to keep it clean and simple, and that is what we like too.
Each month we’ll ask you to do three further clean checks. (1) remove and clean the rear air filter; (2) wipe under the Station; (3) clean the tube clamp. We’ve a small video to help and 3-5 minutes is all it takes.
Don’t worry if you don’t do it the sensors will help remind you and they’ll even run an auto-flush to help.
We have a host of information at your fingertips in the Customer Menu. We’ll show you this at install and you can see what you’ve used by drink choice on a daily basis by selecting the date range on-screen. You’ll see what’s most popular and react so as to improve customer engagement and interest.
We have a smiley face feedback option that customers can feedback on with each drink. It’s a great option to use at the beginning or when you change drinks. It will tell you precisely what drink, what feedback, what day. Expect to see satisfaction levels above 96%.
The Drinks Hub has a special ‘Staff Mode’ function. When you enter this you can then select drinks and different portions that you set up for your events. The 1 litre bottle is wide rimmed, easy to clean and sells well for meetings and events. You also can get magnetic changeable labels and we have larger 5 & 7 litre tapped jars and stands if required. They also fill from the Hub with one touch. Easy and fast, to help you.
You can have the Drinks Hubs close to the till so you can keep your eye on the selections. Or just add the cashless or token module. Then a customer only gets one portion when they have paid for it.
Our boxes are made from recycled cardboard and are and widely recycled. Our inner cartons are recyclable, but you can check with the waste company to get confirmation. If in doubt we are the first to operate a 360o circular economy scheme. With our special air-tight recycle containers you place empty bags inside. We will collect these when full and ensure bags are 100% recycled to make useful items (e.g. bicycle parts). Nothing wasted and nothing to landfill, incinerator or littered.

Yes, you can. There are several ways to do this and we encourage the same drinks for all. The one we have found works well is to offer a smaller portion size for the meal deal. We also have seen options where the 330ml sale slightly subsidises the 270ml to maintain an inclusive one for all approach without detrimental impact.

We supply these and they are available with your product order. They are in cases of 1000. If you are using these alongside the reusable bottle we suggest you charge an extra 30p for the compostable cup/lid/straw. The extra cost and cup/portable bottle will help change habits for good.
That’s no problem. Our Drinks Hubs work with both direct mains water and portable. If portable we will supply two 20L tanks (66 portions each) to top up with water between service. Ideally direct feed water is easier but either way your unit is ready to go where you want.
Water is taken from your water supply. We recommend a carbon filtration system which just helps remove any plastic microns, chlorine, fluoride and other taste or odour from the water. You can organise this yourself or we have a service pack which includes three changes over the year and costs less than 70p a day for peace of mind.
The Drinks Hub is designed for plug and play operation. We will either visit the site or send you a small questionnaire to check best location, water, plumbing and power connections. We will agree a day and time to suit you and arrange your first order with you. This will arrive on or before the install day. We allow up to 1 hour for set-up. All we ask is that we train one to four persons on loading, cleaning and menu management after we have set up the Drinks Hub. Training takes 20-30 minutes.
We have a range of posters, menu boards, toppers and point of sale branding for sites to help promote the drinks and the reusable bottle. Please ask us for our promotional pack.
